Born in France.
Graduated from the School of Journalism in Paris some years ago!
Wrote several books on foreign countries mostly with the “Pensee Moderne” Publishing Company.
Published many articles on various topics: from cooking to travel, pets, etc.
Moved to the U.S. over 20 years ago,  and worked mostly in Public Relations while I was still writing for some French publications.
Then, came the blog!

    Gadzooks, what a blog!! Where just do you find the time and energy to keep this up and be so informative and entertaining? You are now only the second blog I have book marked (and the other one is required for work).

    If you need any photos taken for your recipe book, just let me know. Be sure, though, to keep your followers informed on the progress and where we can buy it (though we know $$$ is not the object).
